- Adjusted ladders so that they're easier to grab while in mid-air (even when playing with a thumbstick)

- NPCs now have an indicator when they have items for sale

- Candles have a slight chance of dropping healing items (small beetroot)

- Enemy and boss damage balancing

- Balance changes to level 2

- Enemies now stop attacking after the player dies, to prevent annoying audio looping

- Screen shake can now be turned off in the settings menu

- Some music looping/rattling fixes
